Your contract for purchases made through this website is with Bubble and Bling.

No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and bubble and bling unless and until Bubble and Bling accepts your order by way of an e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered, and that the goods have been shipped to the specified address. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Bubble and Bling sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail) This confirmation (not requested) e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Bubble and Bling of your offer to buy goods from Bubble and Bling or a third party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by Bubble and Bling.
You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and print a copy of it. Bubble and Bling will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party.

If you are contraction with us as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered.You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and and they must be returned to us promptly at your cost.

Processing of orders
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This e-mail will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery will be charged in addition, such additional charges are clearly where applicable and included in the total cost.
Credit and debit cards are debited before items are shipped by Bubble and Bling. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.
Delivery, Title and Risk
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the order confirmation. Please note that your goods may be part shipped.
Title to any product will pass to you once Bubble and Bling have received payment in full for that product.
If your delivery address is outside the uk you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Bubble and Bling advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please note that when shipping internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Pre-Order Policy
When you pre-order a Bubble and Bling item, this product is reserved especially for you. Your credit card is charged when you place your order., and Bubble and Bling delivers your order as soon as it arrives to our store. All of our delivery dates are approximate, because manufactures regulate this date according to their production schedules. We have no control over their production schedules or inventory. Bubble and Bling will refund your credit card if we cannot fulfil your pre-order. If you cancel your order for any reason we will happily offer you online store credit good for any Bubble and Bling item. PLEASE NOTE, YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED AT THE POINT OF PURCHASE AND THE ITEM WILL BE DISPATCHED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ARRIVING IN STORE.
We offer high demand items on a pre-order basis so customers wishing to purchase such sought after items, can secure their purchase. Pre-order means that the item is paid for at the point of order, and prior to the item arriving in store.
All -preorder items are clearly marked throughout the site. We will always advise an expected delivery date on each item although, we do ask you to allow 2 weeks either side of this date to allow for unforeseen circumstances, such as shipping delays.
Terms of Payment
